Julie Rennie

Julie is an accomplished Facilitator and Leadership Development Coach, passionate about enabling culture and behaviour change for successful business transformation.

Julie had an early career as a qualified Accountant before moving into Project Management in Consultancy. She has significant leadership and change management experience, and firmly believes that it is individuals and culture that deliver enduring change and the desired business benefit that process and systems change cannot deliver alone. Julie’s high level of commercial business acumen has been gained over twenty years in blue chip companies such as Cadbury, PwC, British Gas, Sony, Diageo, Fiat and GE Capital.

Her positive and enthusiastic style is enriched with the use of models, tools, stories and exercises in an interactive environment for individuals and groups to become deeply self aware. Her outcome focussed action approach enables participants to take responsibility, to own and deliver their long lasting solutions, for their own growth and personal enrichment as well as business success.

Julie lives in Berkshire with her husband Drew, and her children, Bella and Lewis.
