Team Workshops
Designed to improve the effectiveness of your team by opening dialogue on alignment, improving relationships, building shared understanding on aspirations and interdependencies, and removing the assumptions than can get in the way of effective working.
Internal Comms review
How well do your teams and your people understand your strategy? How much connection do they feel with it, and how are you doing in keeping them abreast of progress? We can review your internal communications processes and make some suggestions for how you can help create genuine connection rather than just communication

Effective Meetings
Many of us spend a considerable proportion of our working week in meetings, yet how many of us can honestly say we derive the value from the time, effort and people involved? Group / Action learning

Team observation
We can spend time watching you and your team at work, before playing back our observations, and/or facilitating a discussion about the learnings to help provoke a change in the way you do things.
Culture review
Sometimes, when you’re inside an organisation, it’s hard to see the wood from the trees. We can, in a relatively short period of time, develop an objective overview of the culture of your organisation, and even work with you to think about what a preferred future might look like.
