About Connection Matters

Connection Matters was established after identifying a growing gap between what people want from work, and what they’re getting. We believe this gap is impacting peoples happiness, wellbeing and desire to do their best work. We have a deeply-held belief in the potential of people, and we focus on the role of leadership in creating environments where people want to work, want to give of themselves, and be part of something bigger. .

Who we are

We are a small band of talented, passionate and committed development practitioners, combining a passion and belief in people with significant Blue Chip leadership experience. Whilst we have a shared outlook and belief in the work we do, we each bring our own areas of expertise, meaning collectively we can deal with a episode range of different situations and circumstances.
